Homemade chocolates as birthday gift

This 18-piece pralines were ordered by Syasya for her beloved hubby. I received good feedback from her saying that the chocs were yummy & not too sweet. I used Beryl's Gourmet: dark, milk & white compound chocolates. I like to use these compound chocolates in my homemade chocolates due to their sweetness level and high cocoa content. You can see the difference if you were to buy some of the available chocolates (local brand) in the supermarkets. They are either too sweet or very low in cocoa content.
